Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30 day Return and Refund policy. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Aroma Glow Creations will offer a refund, gift card, credit, or exchange to the amount of the item(s) at the time of said purchase, provided that: The items are returned within 30 days of time of receipted goods, you have proof of purchase, Items must be in un-used condition with no damage and the original undamaged packaging.

 

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, please ensure that the return product is suitably packed to prevent damage during return shipping.

Please allow 5 to 7 days for processing and understand that we cannot refund postage and packaging unless goods are deemed to be faulty. We do not offer refunds on gift cards or credits. No returns / refunds for change of mind.

The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

| Reasons for Return |

 

We accept returns for items that are defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We do not accept returns for items that are personalized or custom-made unless they are defective, damaged or change of mind. (However, if items are damaged during shipment, Aroma Glow Creations will not be liable for third-party mishandling)

~ To initiate a return, please contact us at aromaglowcreations@outlook.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. 

~ We will respond with instructions on how to send your item back to us.

 

| Process of Refund |

 

~ Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

~ If your return is approved, we will contact you and proceed with the refund process and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days of approval.

~ Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
